Browse thousands of foods categorized by kidney stone risk level (low, medium, high). Get detailed breakdowns including oxalate content, hydration impact, and calcium ratios tailored to different stone types (calcium oxalate, uric acid, etc.).
Kidney-Friendly Recipes
Access a curated collection of recipes designed to reduce stone risk. Each recipe comes with preparation time, nutritional info, and a clear risk indicator.
