HOW IT WORKS • Create Focus and Break stages • Choose which apps stay available during Focus • Start a session manually or on a schedule • Use Group approval when another person should confirm an unlock COMMON USES • Study routines: keep learning apps available during Focus • Reward routines: use Break time as a planned reward after Focus • Family routines: pair parent and child devices in a Group when supervision is needed • Personal routines: protect your own rules with PIN or biometric verification KEY FEATURES • Focus mode: selected apps remain available while distractions stay out of the way • Break stages: plan recovery time instead of endless screen time • Group coordination: pair devices with a code for optional organizer approval • Protected settings: PIN, Face ID, or Touch ID helps keep rules in place • Guided setup: build your first rhythm in minutes PRIVACY FIRST Group data syncs only through your private iCloud.
