Kids App Qustodio

Not sure if it’s the built in vpn that’s slowing down internet on my iPad. I couldn’t update apps with qustudio installed. Websites would often timeout. After disabling and and removing qustudio, everything now working fine.

I want a refund please. I thought a premium account will make the app work. It’s not working! Even if I block my son’s device form my parent app, he still manages to reply and use messenger. He cannot initiate messaging all right, but when someone messages him, the chat head still appears and he can still chat. It’s a waste of money, to be honest.

So this has been recently installed on my iPad (I’m the child) to monitor my screen time and it’s been working well. However, there have been plenty of instances where the profile got removed from my iPad without me doing anything to tamper with it. My mother then has to reinstall it back again, and if this thing continues she’ll probably have to do that quite often. I don’t want her to get frustrated. Please fix?

No control and monitoring of phone, text, and social media chat like Snapchat.

I love that I can restrict my kid’s usage per day! But for some reason she can still uninstall the app despite the fact that I restricted access to settings. I hope it gets fixed. Hence, the 3/5 stars.

since they need their passcode to open their phones, this gives them the capability to ininstall the profiles

Its super complicated!!! And scary to operate i don't recommend it at all The time I switch it on it turned off my wifi and it requires internet to switch it off! Sick!

Hi I’ve had this app for about a year now and it’s honestly always annoyed me but these past like 3 months it’s been extremely annoying. My mom blocks apps on my phone and I’m okay with that I understand that but if she unblocks it, it messes up the whole app. For example whenever I try watching instagram reels eventually it just says “we’re sorry, but something went wrong please try again”. Like what do you mean something went wrong. Maybe it’s my phone but I literally can’t access instagram even when it’s unblocked by the app. Also, it has random glitches from time to time. For example my phone randomly can’t send messages or the apps act as if I have no wifi. Please fix this 😭

I might seem a bit dramatic but the amount of trauma this app has given me has caused me to realize that this is just a cash grab, I am not saying that the app is bad except that I am. Please I beg take this off the App Store for the rest of eternity.
