The monthly subscription fee is £3.99 and when I tried the codes they tried to charge me £3.99 again now I asked for a refund as I cancelled my subscription the same day that I signed up and could not use the codesand they’re trying to say I didn’t and charged me again this month and now refusing to refund me my money again I have cancelled it but they’re still saying I have not they don’t send you an email to confirm any cancellations as well. I cancelled my subscription as they were still taking £3.99 a month then I’ve checked my bank and again they’ve taken £25 even though I cancelled my subscription! The website and app have been specifically designed to make it difficult to cancel your subscription. You will need to be able to access the desktop site.
