I tried to ring and it said line closed even though it stated above that the line was open. Not worth the stress. The monthly subscription fee is £3.99 and when I tried the codes they tried to charge me £3.99 again now I asked for a refund as I cancelled my subscription the same day that I signed up and could not use the codesand they’re trying to say I didn’t and charged me again this month and now refusing to refund me my money again I have cancelled it but they’re still saying I have not they don’t send you an email to confirm any cancellations as well.
