I already paid and then my account was suddenly logged out and tried all means to log back in. Luckily the staff helped out. -- bshshsjx, 2026-09-24 ### *---- "Walang Kwentang App" Imbes na bumilis, mas lalong humahaba pila. Gusto lang kunin info ng tao. Napakaraming pop up. Ang daming arte at ang daming hinihingi. Express lane daw pag member pero mas lalong tumatagal. -- arthurthenerd, 2026-09-22 ### *---- "Fix this" Ever since they updated the app, I’ve been having trouble logging in to the account. Also, it’s super sloooow. I hope they fix this. -- Cala Barzon, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Bad app" The team should atleast piloted the app before launching it. It is incredibly unresponsive. The app role is to streamline the process but this app just make the overall experience bad. -- .denV, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Loading" I was about to use the app at the store, but it takes almost 1 hour to wait before it sucessfully open but still, I can’t use my points there because it loads everytime you open it -- @bree&&&&, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "😭" ang daming gustong gawin.. naginstall, download, register kna, and then may qr for payment na, tpos may gusto mo ipascan ulit.. hayyys ang daming time na nacconsume.. -- **j***e, 2026-09-10 ### ***** "Great Place for Kids to Play!" Had a really great experience at kidzooona with my 13-month-old son and my 3-year-old niece, and they both had so much fun exploring and playing. There were lots of activities to keep them entertained, and I really appreciated how comfortable and safe the play area felt. Most of all, I loved getting to spend quality playtime and bonding with them. Well definitely be back! -- Lia Pempena, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Slow app" Very slow app can't easily book a play -- Magszsx, 2026-09-06 ### *---- "Apps not working" The apps always loading. Why always asking for email add and the pw we already have the apps in our mobile phone. It’s so hassle, and before you can book there’s so many error unable to log in, failed loading etc. unfriendly apps. -- Gavxav, 2026-09-06 ### *---- "Waste of time" Doesnt work -- DrewBia, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Slow App Ever" Super bagal, when I say super bagal as in SUPER. Advertising something not beneficial for the user is a no no. -- An angel mom(?), 2026-08-30 ### *---- "Horrible app" App is horrible. It always bugs down. It doesnt provide complete information that will be helpful to customers like the schedule for the day and whether or not a certain playtime is blocked for a party. So bad. -- Allistaken!!!!!!, 2026-08-30 ### *---- "Stressful App!" please update mobile registration! how am i suppose to log in when i only have one mobile and one email and my mobile has been registered already! please do fix this bug ASAP! -- Shangik, 2026-08-29 ### *---- "Horrible App" I was previously using the app and when I tried to login again they are asking my email address. I only registered using my mobile #. When i tried to sign up again i can no longer proceed because the mobile # is already taken. It’s a really terrible update because I can no longer login. My points are now wasted because I can’t access my old account. -- Myname1515, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "Useless App" Staff forced to use the app but unable to log in. I thought I’m having slow connection but the app itself is the problem. Unable to log in, can’t proceed booking, the app keep on showing to book the 2 hrs instead of 1 hr. It’s frustrating!!! -- MotherMoBlue, 2026-08-23 ### *---- "BULOK BULOK" BULOK DELETE THIS -- Giogarcia1, 2026-08-16 ### *---- "App is Just Loading" loading sucks -- jooosshhh, 2026-08-16 ### *---- "App is not working" Application is terrible. It takes forever to load! Its also very hassle if you dont have load to book on the app! Much better the old one where you can pay on the cashier. Also theres no option for card payment!!!!! -- Ken08888, 2026-08-02 ### *---- "Worst App Ever" Sobrang bagal ng app nyo hustle hatid nito hindi convenience. Won't even proceed. Kada loading 5 mins. more than 30 mins na di pa rin nag poproceed. Lipat nalang ng playground.
