(Edited after giving the Apple watch app another few weeks of use) 

So frustrating that it doesn’t sync workout data to Apple health app for activity tracking. Please add this support!!!

The Apple Watch integration is woeful. I’d really like to see this fixed because it’s so much better than carrying around a phone. It has consistent issues syncing to the phone, have lost entire workouts, but more often than not it creates duplicates of the session. The UX is great, and really easy to use.

The integration with apple watch worked except for 2 major issues.
1. When syncing it creates multiple entries, some of which are empty
2. Some of the machine settings are missing e.g. E5.1

If these can be recited it would be a real winner.

For the past few months this app has been a pain. I need to turn off my iPhone, restart & login every time I go. When I save each exercise it regularly ‘syncs’ data & the doesn’t seem to save what I’ve done.  Thank goodness I’ve got a good memory! Today it told be I needed to check my storage as I might not have enough yet there is at least 60gb available.  I go to Camberwell but have been to other locations & don’t seem to have the same problem.  I also don’t have any problems with other apps when I’m in Csmberwell so can’t believe it is my telco as has been suggested. My operating system is up to date. Would be good if you could fix this issue rather than update features!

### ***-- "Great potential if sync issues resolved"
The Kieser app for WatchOS offers a decent experience for your Kieser workout needs. Its simplicity is a strong point, providing all the essential features without overwhelming you with unnecessary details. However, there were some notable drawbacks, particularly in terms of maintaining a stable connection with my phone during the workout. Despite my phone being just a few meters away at the front desk, there were instances of disconnection, requiring relaunching the app, impacting the flow of the routine and my heart rate. While the app did manage to resume where it left off, the interruptions were less than ideal.

To enhance the overall user experience, I suggest the following improvements:

Introduce a sound or buzz feature for the start/stop of the timer, addressing the challenge of keeping track of time during certain activities that involve the use of hands.
Implement a feature for easy scrolling through notes; this was suggested by my trainer
Enhance the app's ability to remain the primary focus during training, aligning it with the behavior of the native Workout app, another examples being Strong
Look forward to seeing these enhancements but more importantly a resolution to the sync issues.
