I have been using this app since 2017 and I have seen so much horrifying and disturbing and gross and disgusting and messed up stuff and offensive groups and people and post. I really hope no one lets there kids use this app because there are so many pedophiles,creeps,stalkers,hackers,racist people on that app and community’s and groups chats and groups. I think this app should be took down and banned just like TikTok and other horrible apps that is full of older men texting underage people and posting videos and pictures of underage people. Like i would love for congress and the government to look at all the history with this app and it’s app being used by so many pedophiles and horrible people so to anyone with kids or children don’t let them use this app I really do mean it this app is horrifying

I had kik for a long time but there are issues such as the ads getting in the way, cutting my music off, potentially phishing ads, Like it seems there is no moderation for ads, I one time got a ad that played itself with a loud noise that sounded like a siren and said “ your phone is infected with viruses”, but these are all just a few things wrong with it, this app is so unbelievably unstable, the live portion of kik lags out so much, I don’t know what causes the lag, it makes me want to use 3rd party kik apps, but IOS is locked to only mainstream apps kind of.
