Terrible - Money Making Scheme

I paid for the subscription but the account never got unlocked. One and a half month later I am still chasing customer service to either fix the subscription or give me a refund but no one responses Please do don’t purchase as terrible service and user experience

Not worth the price

Activities get repetitive after a while, app keeps hanging. Getting app direct from developer is cheaper but still expensive.

Please tell me how to unsubscribe

As mentioned by the new member above, I would like to cancel my membership but I found no way, please unsubscribe for me ASAP!

Subsribed to premium automatically and unable to unsubscribe

I just downloaded the app and signed in with apple id, and now suddenly i have premium subscription which i didn’t give any consent to, tried to unsubscribe but was unable to do so in the app, this is not right! You should ask for consent especially for paid subscription and ease the process to unsubscribe to your users!

Takes FOREVER to load app

paid for the FULL app and it still takes so damn long to just load the app???

Poor planning

It’s been almost an entire day of in app maintenance- poor planning. Parents can’t plan activities around app’s maintenance timing. Should have kept the maintenance duration to a maximum of 2 hours. Also, activities have been very basic thus far.

The price

So expensive. Not affordable to use for long term.

Inspirational

Good app but most times offer activities for older age than your child.

Doesn’t work on iphoneXr

I just updated to the latest version of this app on my iPhone XR, but it doesn’t work. Can’t update assessments and skills, can’t close screens and keep getting stuck. Please fix this ASAP or give me my money back.

High quality

High quality content with step by step instructions. Makes for much better bonding with baby!
