After purchasing the premium service for 1 year, the app has not been activated for Premium service. On settings page it states”Basic”. Contacted customer service, they activated it, a few hours later, back to the same Basic service. Several more emails, which take 24-48 hours to receive a reply. No luck. Defective subscription service. AVOID. Waste of money, with no service.
The app seems very interesting but they lure you into setting up your account, completing a set of assessments and finally taking you to the payment options when all costs should be disclosed from the beginning. Disappointing.
It makes it seem that you can trial the app and then buy. But the payment went off immediately. And not even an amount in the price list. Now I want to share it with the nanny as it says you can on the app but worried I get charged again.
Really appreciate the research behind all the activities!
You need to advertise from the beginning that it is something you have to pay for! It should be the first screen that comes up, not something that only shows after I have spent half an hour setting up my profile and my baby’s milestones! It was nice and user friendly but a 7 day free trip is not gonna help and it is actually super expensive.
Excellent app. Helps us to help baby reach his milestones and even the little things in between😃
Everytime i open the app it starts at day 1 all over again. Thats why I cancelled my subscription after a few days.
Quick easy activity ideas. Great videos and explanations. Highly recommended
