## Kinetic switch Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Problem with dimmer settings"
While adjusting the dimmer settings for one of my receivers, I set the minimum brightness to 100%. This caused the device control page to turn blank. I can no longer change dimmer settings and as the factory reset option is only accessible via the now blank page I can’t reset my device to clear the issue. So while these products are generally good, there are clearly some issues with the app.

### ***-- "Lack of HomeKit integration"
Useful app but lacks HomeKit integration which is a smart home essential in my opinion
-- samehunt, 2024-01-07

### *---- "Works well until it doesn’t"
Working perfectly well for weeks but today part of their infrastructure has gone down meaning the cloud functions don’t work and the hub has a red light. There is absolutely no support contact details. The link to app support from App Store just goes to Google. There’s no support option in the app. Running diagnostics shows that “Official Web Domain” doesn’t respond to pings so it’s down, which causes everything else to break.
-- MattNewham, 2023-12-06

### ****- "Needs update to support widgets & Siri"
Bought a quinetic switch to replace my hive lighting system.
Workes miles better. Have all the options of a hive smart lamp and more. Only drawback if found so far is the lack of widgets and Siri control.
-- Maca Lampitt, 2023-11-26

### *---- "App locks up"
Terrible app. Amusingly when you click the link to take you to the Developer website to report an app pro, a blank Google search page opens. The App itself is useless. At the moment you select the item to operate the app locks up. Similar previous reports.
-- £5 Down, 2023-04-02

### ***-- "App freezes"
I’ve got 4 Quinetic controllers. 3 are WIFI versions. The other is a Dual output controller.

The App locks up and stops any user input via the Apple iPhone 11 screen. The switches still operate the outputs but the app is frozen.
-- FurFoxAche, 2023-02-17

### ***** "Liked the app and worked well"
Went on holiday and turned off wi fi
Now only shows offline how do I get it back online
Anyone able to advice please.
-- Ricky the eagle, 2022-09-25

### ****- "Good app - needs integration with google home"
Love the app and it works well, just wish it would integrate with Google Home. Please consider adding this support!
-- mr-chimp, 2022-07-26

### ***** "Help"
Please could somone tell me how how to find the “account number” to add members as I cannot find this to add a family member
-- Axlpeplow, 2022-05-16

### *---- "DO NOT USE THE TIMER FEATURE!"
The timer feature will freeze the app 🥲
-- Nick Cary, 2022-03-31
