No longer does the app give a nice clear percentage of how much salt is left, but you have to dig into multiple screens to get a useless chart with no units labeled on the axis so you don't actually know what you're looking back. Fine if the developer feels the need to add things to the app but please don't take away the things that were already working! -- TexasPV, 2025-01-31 ### *---- "New version doesn’t work with older phone" I cant use the app anymore because my phone doesn't support the new version. What was a helpful app and allowed me to see how much salt my softener used is now worthless. Thanks a lot! -- kineticoblows, 2025-01-30 ### *---- "Loss of Visual Level" The old version of the app allowed you to see a visual salt level that the system is currently at. Now it just goes by bags left and no longer has a visual level in the app. Please bring that back! -- Stickman golfer 12389, 2025-01-22 ### *---- "I can't login anymore." I keep getting an error when I login. The app frequently logged me out when I was able to login, it should stay logged in and use face ID if it really needs to logout for some reason. I couldn't get app support over the phone, hopefully they'll call me back. I paid extra for this salt monitor, they should really have better support for this, otherwise they're wasting my money. -- DavidMH0717, 2024-03-15 ### *---- "Needs Face ID" If you’re going to make me log into this app to see the level of my salt, why don’t you make it Face ID compatible? No need to log into an app to check something. That’s not a bank or something that’s gonna steal my identity. I’m just about ready to take it off and just check it manually. -- JAR547, 2024-03-05 ### *---- "What happened?" The app changed. It deleted all my info and also seems my account was deleted too. I downloaded it onto another phone and noticed my account was gone. Had to make a new account with the same email. This app wants to scan a serial number that is behind my filter, against a wall. There’s no way anyone can scan it well but I tried. Once it looked like it was a clear view, I tapped for the app to read the barcode but it scanned the letters instead and wouldn’t even auto input that. I took a picture of the serial number and the number wasn’t accepted. I wish it would allow us to pick the filters we have and order supplies that way in order to just show up and pick it up. But no. -- Yesdnyl99, 2023-02-05 ### ***** "Incredible App for my Kinetico Water Systems" I am in love with this app to keep all my water systems info on hand and able to check my salt level in the brine tank with my Kinex Salt Monitor. 🤩 -- Newbie Mom, 2022-10-06 [View all Kinetico reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Kinetico - [DROP Connect](https://apptail.io/app/drop-connect-ajN/united-states) - [Phyn](https://apptail.io/app/phyn-CcU/united-states) - [Classic Cleaners Indiana](https://apptail.io/app/classic-cleaners-indiana-Wvic/united-states) - [Flyers Pizza App](https://apptail.io/app/flyers-pizza-app-IDrc/united-states) - [Gionino’s Pizzeria](https://apptail.io/app/gioninos-pizzeria-Eknd/united-states) - [Ohio Voter Info](https://apptail.io/app/ohio-voter-info-RcNd/united-states) - [Legacy View](https://apptail.io/app/legacy-view-fOSd/united-states) - [KMC - Connect](https://apptail.io/app/kmc-connect-epVd/united-states) - [Talk To Tucker, F.C.
