## King Koil Smart life Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible and close to useless"
For the price of this mattress, you would expect the app to be more helpful. The sleep data is useless. I got up out of my bed four times last night and the app says I have a 91% sleep score. Really hate it. We are still under the first 30 days of owning this mattress and I am not sold on it at this point. Two more weeks will determine if we’re going to keep it. I am not impressed so far. I know the mattress is supposed to automatically adjust to your sleeping position, but I am not noticing anything. So far, not a fan. And this app totally sucks. Get it together King Koil.
-- KristinWilk, 2026-03-10

### *---- "Updated to latest version"
The app won’t even open for me. It’s frozen I can’t get to any of my functions. I wish I did an update.
-- Blackarach, 2026-01-11

### *---- "Incorrect data"
I spent last night tossing and turning mainly because of a back injury. The app showed that I was in a deep sleep 98% of the time and that movements were at 4%. However yesterday when I was actually in a deeper sleep, my numbers were 96% and 4%. The app is supposed to identify when you sleep on your back versus your side versus your stomach. It doesn’t do that. Very disappointed so far
-- RknMxckn, 2025-08-06

### **--- "Bad App"
It’s been 6 months since we got this mattress. Mattress has been good so far. But this app is a nuisance. After few weeks it stops working because of Bluetooth connectivity. Had to reinstall and install with repeat QR code registration. This time it’s not working at all despite turning off and on the mattress power.
-- Leftmain, 2025-06-11

### *---- "This is an update?!"
The app only records data when it feels like it. One side of the bed records every night, the other only records sometimes.
A $10,000 bed should have an app that’s better than my $200 thermostat.
-- WestCoastDan, 2025-04-23

### *---- "App Update is Trash"
The updated app makes the fancy features of this bed inoperable. The old app connected with the bed. The update does nothing.
-- JesseMejia, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Disappointment"
It never is able to connect to the WiFi never have been able to use. So disillusioned.
-- stlguzman, 2024-12-11

### *---- "The worst app, makes an expensive bed useless"
Doesn’t work if you don’t have notifications on. And if you turn off notifications then turn it back on later, you have to re-register your bed. Then when you actually get to use the app, it’s so slow or freezes. Can’t adjust the bed without this app installed, so useless!
-- TCBC8, 2024-10-15

### **--- "This update is not helpful."
Then they updated the app and it no longer connects to my mattress. Can’t reconnect unless I have the QR code from when I bought the thing, which is long gone.

So now the app is completely useless instead of almost useless.
-- HotelRomeo52, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Not happy"
Why does the app require my notifications to be on?
-- V. Venture, 2024-09-24
