When I open the app and try to sign in, it doesn’t do anything. I reset my password, still no help. I tried to set up account, email is in use. It won’t let me online either change my store information. Very useless app And now it won’t let me post it because it needs a nickname and won’t take any variation of words I use.

The King Soopers at Arapahoe Crossing has no Wi-Fi. It has been like this for years. People are constantly complaining about it to no avail and are having to try to take pictures of coupons on the products to get coupon benefits. I would like to be able to call my husband and verify if he wants something specific but no Wi-Fi so the calls always break up and cut out. This is especially crazy given that in this day and age if something dangerous was to happen there everyone there will be held hostage. Please fix the Wi-Fi.!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I use the app it keep wanting to change my location.. won’t let me order from my store.. very aggravating

Unfortunately, this is NOT a user friendly app. So sad because I struggle to use it every time I’m in the store. Needs to be revamped.

I love doing grocery shopping in the app and picking it up…but after a while most of the stuff said out of stock or delivery only. The stuff that said out of stock is a lie, i would go in the store and would find everything. Not convenient anymore

I was having troubles accessing Kroger Pay from the app for a while and then recently I changed phones and upon trying to log in to my account an error constantly pops up with the message “There was an error with the sign in process”. However I’m able to login through my laptop which is very frustrating as the app is the one I constantly use. I tried the online chat multiple times and their only solution to account issue is reseting the password while my issue is not related to that. What is the use of having an account if you’re unable yo access it!

Worst app ever

The app never works for me, I always have to go onto the browser from my phone which also is a pain on a mobile device. There’s also such limited things that can be available for pickup, super disappointing.

forced update in middle of store with crappy service. all i wanted to do was find an item but spent forever waiting for it to download. all apps that force me to update get a 1 star
