Customer Service
Never had an issue with customer service until the last couple months. Takes forever for them to reply and purchases are never what you expect to get.

Read before buying any gems
The game started really good but the game developers and support are horrid. They operate on a Chinese based business model which means whoever is willing to spend the most will be the only one that gets customer service (and they translate all your messages so they don't have half a clue what your saying most of the time)...I played it for 4 years and saw players who spent tens of thousands of $ have glitches and lose huge sums of in game property with no fix or return, even with proof. I showed Apple the correspondence between myself and customer service and Apple refunded me a majority of my purchases!!! Don't play this game unless you want huge headaches !

Doesn't stand the test of time
Starts off as a great game but goes down hill fast. You can lose months and years of play when off line. More a terrorist than a war game. Developers don't seem to care or try to correct. Don't recommend this game.

nice game but it keeps crashing and i cant play it i like this game but its starting to piss me off plz try to fix if it helps i am using an iPod touch 4th generation
Not very combative
Not as combat-based as the hobbit: kingdoms of middle earth. Allows for casual play, and less worries. Great gem output with the wishing well!
