KINTO AU – Toyota Car Rental

Guys how is it that the KINTO app is still so glitchy and full of bugs? It never lets me unlock the car first click, have to press unlock, wait for error message and then press unlock again. Ending a booking simply doesn’t work at all, spinning wheel loading and an error message every time.

Maybe a pre-Xmas bug. Can’t log in to sign up.

The best rental experience for me so far.. cars are new and clean, pick up and drop off is super easy and prices are fair. I am very happy with the service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

App crashes then prompts you to sign in when you have now service now and can’t access your car. Customer service doesn’t get back to you and forces you to call and find out the issue. So many share car companies popping up. Good luck this is terrible

I highly recommend KINTO for your trip, easy to use, car was clean and comfortable. No issues.

Love the service. Easy access to a vehicle for just the time needed. App was intuitive to use. Would like more car options though. And the hire price needs to be more competitive. And can you do away with the kilometre charge? Perhaps a discount for Toyota owners? Will use again and can recommend to others.

Found the company great to deal with. Only hicup was a few issues with the app not syncing with the car early in the piece but i believe that has since been rectified.

Very convenient to book. Very convenient to pick up and drop off 24/7. And cheaper than anyone else I found. BUT if you don’t have good data coverage the app to operate the car won’t work. I had to walk out of an underground garage to refresh the key, then keep the app open as I walked back in to open and start the car. This happened twice. I also couldn’t record that I’d returned the car while standing at the KINTO pickup location. I had to wait till I had walked home. I would hate to be in a rural area. I’ll use it again but I will keep these issues in mind. I wish the app was better.

first time using it they were really helpful solving my problems over the phone couldnt be more happy. highly recommend them
