## kip.life Description
kip is a smart tag and an app that together help you build a healthier and lasting relationship with your phone. Not a detox, not a ban, just a sustainable way to be present when you want to be.

The app is free to download. The physical kip tag, sold separately at kip.life, is the key to the full experience: a tap of your tag starts and ends your sessions and opens your diary. one tag belongs to one account.

Tap your kip tag and the apps that distract you are blocked. Everything else on your phone keeps working, so you stay reachable and capable the whole time. The apps are what get in the way, never the phone itself.

HOW IT WORKS
- create your own modes (work, gym, sleep, family) and choose which apps each one blocks. kip never presets them, it is your call every time.
- start a session by tapping your tag, or try it by holding the button in the app for three seconds.
- end a session by tapping your tag. that small piece of friction is the point.
- caught out? you have four emergency reconnects a month. a safety net, not a habit.

YOUR DIARY, OPENED BY YOUR TAG
your kip tag opens your diary: your meetings, your plans, and the moments worth keeping, together in one place. the diary and its memories stay private until you tap a tag your account has claimed. connect a work or personal calendar and a meeting can start a distraction-free session on its own.

INSIGHTS THAT TELL THE TRUTH
kip shows your day back to you, honestly: the time you took back, and how often you reached for a blocked app without thinking. no scores, no streaks to break, nothing to feel guilty about. just a clear mirror, so you can watch the habit soften over time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
the most personal things never leave your phone. your screen time is read and shown on your device, never sent to us. your diary photos live in your own iCloud, never on our servers. connect a calendar and your meetings stay on your phone too. we do not sell data, we do not track you, and there is nothing to opt out of, because none of it happens.

get your kip tag at kip.life. a calmer, long-term relationship with your phone, on your terms.
