I haven’t had a single response to any of my requests for someone to reach out to me!!! I love the information but if you have any issues or need to speak to someone this company doesn’t care or even try. I have subscribed in the past with access to their app so whomever is now minding the store is asleep. After trying for 2 1/2 days I finally got frustrated and called a customer service number I found within the app. I was told I would not be able to read any issues on the app until April!! So I’ve paid the money, and per Kiplinger’s own advice, downloaded the app for a “better experience.” And I’m now being told I will be unable to use that “better experience” app until April!
