ZERO SECURITY, ZERO RESPONSE from company. Apparently someone is using my identity to gain access to a property over last few days- a gym that permanently closed years ago & apparently now is some new gym in its place.

Had to download the app to go in a door but didn’t end up using it. 2 weeks later I’m cleaning up my apps and i’m asking myself what is this Kisi app. It asked for my email address when i went into the app but didn’t say what the app was for. I had to go back here to the app store to see that it was a door app. Maybe put some more context in the user interface what this app does.

The worst replacement for a keypad I've ever seen.

I’m praying for the day that my company decides to replace their entry system. Getting in the building is a mission every time.

I do NOT recommend this app. Every time that I use the KISI app to unlock my office door it opens my Apple Wallet. The KISI customer service team wanted to blame it on Apple and the solution that they wanted me to implement was to have me change my Wallet settings. Fix your app KISI. Don’t blame it on other Apps and don’t ask your customers to change settings in other Apps in order for your App to work properly.

I have to use this app for the gym I go to. App malfunctions when you don’t indefinitely share location. Why?

The app doesn’t open the door in very cold weather.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch. It says I’m not logged in on phone when I go to check I am I’ve deleted and downloaded the app multiple times yet nothing works.

The hardware is very expensive and mediocre at best. The system shuts down randomly about once a week for no apparent reason. The customer service is absolutely worthless. When we called customer service to address our system malfunction every question was answered with “I don’t know” and eventually the representative just suggested that we hire an electrician to come out and fix their faulty system. We managed to get to a manager eventually who was equally clueless. Absolutely would not recommend this system to anyone who owns a business.
