We rebuilt the experience around one simple idea: socialize without organizing anything. Feel like going out, but your friends are busy? Open Kitata, join a meet drop, and go. What’s new: * Meet Drops now come with the activity, place, and time already set * Join a small group of up to 5 people * People in a Meet Drop stay within about 10 years of each other * First person in can choose whether the drop is open to anyone or same-gender only * Chat opens only when you arrive at the venue * Simpler flow from opening the app to showing up * Redesigned interface built around Meet Drops Meet drops appear in your city with the activity, place, and time already set. They stay small, lock at five people, and expire whether you join or not. No organizing. No inviting anyone. No waiting for everyone’s schedules to align. Just pick something you feel like doing and grab a seat. MEET FRIENDLY PEOPLE IN YOUR CITY Cowork, grab coffee, eat, play, study, or try something new with 3–4 people nearby who feel like doing the same thing. NO PLANNING. JUST SHOW UP. The activity, place, and time are already set. You do not need to create the plan. You only need to join it. CHAT OPENS WHEN YOU ARRIVE The group chat opens at the venue one hour before the start. No endless small talk beforehand. No overthinking. Just arrive, find your group, and get going. SMALL GROUPS, REAL PLACES Meet drops happen in public venues like cafes, restaurants, parks, and activity spaces. Small groups make it easier to actually talk, connect, and enjoy the moment. GROUPS THAT ADJUST AS PEOPLE JOIN Age adjusts automatically as the group fills so people stay reasonably close in age. If you are the first person to join, you get to choose whether the meet drop is open to anyone or same-gender only. SAFETY AND TRUST BUILT IN Kitata is designed around real-world meetups, so trust matters. Public venues. Small groups. Friendliness and reliability feedback. Optional verification. Identity stays recognizable after meetups. WHY KITATA? Kitata comes from “kita tayo,” a Filipino phrase that means “let’s meet.” The idea is simple: You should not need to organize a whole plan just because you feel like being around people. Feel friendly? Kita tayo. ## Kitata Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/b4/41/5e/b4415e38-4bc9-974e-a87e-c553ed998d69/01.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/19/7a/80/197a80da-6e74-eb08-6186-a83fbf887968/02.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/54/42/7d/54427d0c-eb64-1650-8e32-d0a4c8eb1b70/03.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/04/8a/39/048a3903-f100-5204-55f2-8cb819656969/04.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7e/b7/5b/7eb75bd0-ea90-e540-4754-7fb8c6851537/05.png/1320x2868.png) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
