### **--- "The app is very glitchy"
The app often doesn't work properly. Sometimes you rent a car but then you can't open it. Sometimes you arrive to the parking lot, the car isn't there. I've got so many problems with that company and so much stress. 
It's also hard to contact them and request a refund.

The only pros is the price.

I was charge an extra fee that was never refunded. The customer service is a never ending maze of tickets and claim representatives that never answer.

I use Kite for on-demand trips. Works great. But scheduling from the app doesn’t work, and the last time I had a problem, I called support and found out they don’t have support, it’s just some call center that records your request and the actual Kite team is supposed to call you back later (which they never did for me). So if you ever get into an accident or have some mechanical issue, you’re pretty much on your own. This service could be so good if they just fixed the app and added a real support capability.

### *---- "WORST CARSHARE SUPPORT & EMERGENCIES, AVOID THEM!!!!!!"
If you have an alternative, kindly refrain from using this app and it services. I’ve had several issues including an emergency and it took them over 3hours for the support to reach out to me despite having called them every hour on the emergency. For other matters, you might not even get a call back from the support for days because they claim callbacks are “prioritized by urgencies”. How come an accident is not “urgent” and takes 3 hours for a call back.

AVOIDING USING THEM IF POSSIBLE! To Kite, it’s better you don’t have support than having them act as concierge who just receive messages and can not advise or provide bare minimum support. IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!

Kite offers nice and a convenient concept, but the app experience and customer service fall well short. On multiple occasions, I reserved a vehicle only to arrive and find it unavailable, and despite this being clearly Kite’s fault, I was still charged for the reservation. The app itself is not user-friendly and makes these situations even more frustrating. Customer support is also inefficient. The first agent simply takes your details and escalates the issue, after which you’re left waiting for a callback that often takes over an hour, making it nearly impossible to resolve problems in real time.

### ****- "Love the car, hate the app, useful though as a service"
First off you should scan the key lockbox to open the key lockbox. You shouldn’t scan the car to open the key lockbox. That didn’t make sense and the key lockbox also had a QR code which the app of course failed to read. Obviously I should have read the instructions, once I did the process was easier. Removing the power from the car required the car to be opened, another obvious one but not for someone that doesn’t drive EVs on the regular. Overall the car was fast, this will replace uber for me. Just wish they did a better job with instructions and took them 3 months to enable the car. Customer support is non existent, they say they will call you back but sometimes don’t. It’s a cool concept but Requires significant capital which kite mobility doesn’t have it seems.
