Booked 2 flights, 8 hours later cancelled both for no reason, kiwi said you should have paid for protection

First time but also the last . I hope you’ll enjoy with the money I payed for the flight but I couldn’t find in the app for check in. I booked different flight. Never mind. I’ve got plenty …. 👍

I booked airplane tickets from thessaloniki greece to barcelona and back some days ago, i paid, i got an email from kiwi that says my booking is confirmed, recently i logged into the app and a message pops up to tell me that the flights that i booked and paid now cost more, and that i have to pay more, also another pop-up in their app said that some of my flights have been changed, I immediately rushed to check my email and there was nothing there, closed the app opened it again and went to check my bookings, it says that my bookings are confirmed but the pop-up message to re-schedule my flights pops up again. Seriously I am now gonna talk directly with the airlines to see if my tickets are booked or if they are complete scammers and I have to contact my lawyer, a very good lawyer i have to add.

Don’t book Ryanair from here, they are not authorised and you will have to pay extra at Ryanair to be able to manage your booking

Παιδιά χάλια! Στους όρους είναι να κάνουν ο,τι θέλουν και για να πάρεις έξτρα βαλίτσα πληρώνεις 56€, δεν μπορείς να μπεις μέσω της εφαρμογής της Rayner να κανεις το οτιδήποτε και κάνει μόνη της το τσεκ ιν με αποτέλεσμα αν είστε δυο άτομα να σας βάζει σε εντελώς διαφορετικές θέσεις, τον έναν μπροστά και τον άλλο πίσω γιατί δεν πλήρωσες να κάτσετε μαζί. Οκ ναι, να σας βάλει σε διαφορετικές θέσεις, αλλά τι 18 σειρές διαφορά; Και τι 56€ για έξτρα βαλίτσα; Ούτε στο αεροδρόμιο δεν έχει τόσο!! Δε τη συνιστώ με ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!!

So Kiwi does not have the 24 hour grace period that most airlines have. You won’t be refunded fully if you cancel within 24 hours after the booking. As these are very hard times to tolerate pimplike policies I am happily deleting the app and never choosing their services again.
