Check-in yapıyoruz diyip yapmıyorlar. Budapeşte -Istanbul ~ Istanbul- Samsun uçuşlarında biletlerin her işini Kiwi şirketi hallediyor dediler ama hiç birini yapmadılar. Müşteri hizmetlerini 3kez aradım halledeceklerini söylediler ama havaalanında ben kendim hallettim. Ucuz bilet diye kanmayın. Sadece bileti onlar alıyor geri kalan bütün prosedürleri sen hallediyorsun.

I bought tickets six months before a very important event for me, and then the flight was postponed for 12 hours. All Kiwi offered me was to cancel the whole trip and buy the tickets again and maybe they would refund me €10 for €400 worth of tickets. This is complete absurdity!!

When I want to download the boarding passes from my iphone app, it tries to open the app store and download the app again. My reservation number is not in the trip details so I have to look it up in the emails. What is the purpose of this app then?

We booked our flights with insurance, making sure no major modifications (over 24 hours) will be made. Kiwi accepted several modifications on our behalf (for which we would had to pay extra fees), so eventually our journey became longer with four (!!!) days, which made it impossible for us to contribute. We asked customer service for help, we asked for modifications (the same airlines have flights on the very days our booking were on), we asked for anything to solve this situation - all we got is rude customer service and shady explanations. We asked for the data of OUR paid bookings which they refused to give us, making it impossible for us to contact the airlines about OUR bookings. Kiwi didnt comply our contract at all, yet they wouldnt give any refunds - we payed for a journey they made impossible to happen. Shady business, bevare, save your money. We will take legal action about this nightmare of a story.

I made a reservation trough this app and the flights were cancelled, it is not possible to get my money back as Kiwi made the resevtation on different name, not mine. I highly recommend if you want to avoid trouble in case of refund do not buy tickets here,because they are not helpful, it is easier to proceed this type of process if you buy the ticket on your name through at aircraft company!

I got home days later than i supposed to. Flight delay and on another flight overbooking. The app said i can book a hotel and they repay it. After i got finally home, they said a big no. I was stuck countries away from home and when i asked for help and asnwers the costumer service repeatedly said the same empty words and then hung up on me. Now i have to go through the whole refund process with my lawyer. I will get my refund, and i got home, neither is by kiwi. (I got home with a car days later)

A magyar ügyfélszolgálat….nagyon gyenge Nem segitőkèsz. Konkrétan azt sem tudják hogy hol vannak amikor segiteni kellene vagy amikor kérdezel valamit.

5 days before we started our honeymoon journey there was no way to sign in to the application (non of the uthentication ways worked) there was a problem with the check in and we was not able to reach any solution or ask proper help through the customer services. if you would like to travel and not getting angry on your tickets do not use any form kiwi.com’s service.
