Kiwi has support of multiple passengers profiles with full name and passport details. When you purchase the ticket, you can select one of them. But when Kiwi needs to checkin you to the flight, they always require you to enter your passport details again. There is no feature that autofills this information from your passenger profile or give you ability to use your profile info, all the time you must enter its manually, that is irritating. The cost of such feature is cheap, but the benefit is huge.

They sold me tickets for 2k$ and I couldn’t use them because Kiwi did not give me access to my booking. And they apologized with 10$ coupon. Where is my money ?!? Big Scammers. Be careful !!!!

Шарашкина контора. Заплатили за места рядом со своим парнем,деньги взяли,а места предоставить не смогли и возврат денег не хотят делать. НИКОМУ НИКОГДА НЕ ПОСОВЕТУЮ.

Я забронювала і оплатила квитки на конкретні дати. За пару годин, мені прийшов лист, що моє бронювання скасовано, бо перевізник змінив ціни. Ківі запропонували оплатити різницю у вигляді €50. Я відмовилась і почала шукати ті самі квитки заново. Я ввела всі ті самі дані і моя різниця складала лиш 1.70€!!!!!!!!! Я досі чекаю підтвердження нових квитків! Також неможливо зʼєднатися з живою людиною по телефону!!!!

My booking was not finished, money charged from my card, no ticket issued. And support chat only reply that no booking made. That is the problem, you scam artist! No booking, but my money stolen by you! And it is not possible to find any phone number to speak to any responsible person there. Avoid kiwi at all costs

When I choose from which date i want to departure it automatically changes me to arrival It makes angry and after that i want to delete this service

It’s hard to find more ugly service, you have to pay for everything, even when you missed for a day in passenger’s birthday - you have to pay 30€ to change it! Disgusting!
