## KKHN Patient App Description
A secure, user friendly mobile app designed for patients to access and manage their own health record and communicate with healthcare provider.



Secure Patient Registration

Patient can install the mobile app and securely register to the service. After confirming their identity, patients can complete the self-registration process over the internet.



Family health Management

Patients can access and manage the health information of their family as well as of themselves with one single sign on.

 

Online Appointment Booking

Patients can book and manage their outpatient appointments online, immediately and in real time, 24/7. They can search by physician, specialty, and sub-specialty.



Timeline

Patients can view his recent events along with details of the upcoming scheduled clinic appointments,  endoscopies, physiotherapy sessions, laboratory tests, medication refills and planned admissions in chronological order. 



Medical Record Access

Patients can securely access and view up-to-date medical record information enabling them to share their health information with other providers. This includes diagnoses, allergies, vital signs, medication list, laboratory results, radiology reports, O.R. reports, immunization profile and medical reports.

 

Complaint Management

Patient portal offers a complaint management facility for patient to report issues and ensures complaints are registered, processed and resolved for patient satisfaction.
