• Control and monitor your smart Klarstein devices using this app from everywhere, either from your office or travelling around the world. All you need is internet access.
• Depending on your smart device, seamlessly monitor the real-time temperature and humidity and set your desired parameter with only a few taps.
• Create different rooms in your apartment, e.g. living room, bedrooms, etc, and specify in which room your smart device is located. In this way, you can keep track of temperature and humidity in different areas of your apartment.
• Make a tour through the app with our guides! We make sure you know how to use the app and its different features.

Ich habe die Klarstein App schon länger. Die war mal richtig gut. Seit dem die umgestellt wurde, ist sie es leider nicht mehr. Habe für meine Heizung über den Punkt Smart eingestellt, dass die Heizung auf 22 Grad Celsius ab 7 Uhr hoch heizen soll. Sie geht auch um 7 Uhr an, heizt aber auf 45 Grad Celsius hoch. Das habe ich auch dem Support bereits Anfang November 2025 geschrieben. Passiert ist bis jetzt immer noch nichts. In den Anfangversion der App hatte das super funktioniert. Die Einstellungen waren übersichtlicher, jetzt muss man erst suchen. Schade

Haben uns vor 4 Wochen den Cosmic Beam Smart 24 Infrarot Heizstrahler für unsere Terrasse gekauft bin bin super zufrieden damit. Auch die App ist super. Das einzigste was ich mir Wünschen würde ist, dass man das Display am Gerät auch per App abschalten könnte. Leider ist das derzeit nur über die Fernbedienung möglich. Ansonsten top

Sowohl das verbundene Gerät wird regelmäßig nicht gefunden, auch die App ist immer verändert und will neue Kontoanmeldungen. Ich nutze das Klarsteingerät selten und immer kann ich es nicht einfach über die App steuern. Daher nutze ich es meist inzwischen ohne App. Wirklich ärgerlich

Bei der Einrichtung des Geräts beziehungsweise um das Gerät für die Verbindung bereitzustellen, musste das Gerät aus sein. In der App stand, dass man es vorher einschalten muss.
