Sehr einfach zu verstehen
Es ist einfach sich auf der Seite herum zu navigieren und etwas zu kaufen
Geld trotz Käuferschutz nicht zurückgegeben
Ich habe einen Artikel direkt über den Käuferschutz gekauft. Der Verkäufer sagte mir jedoch, dass er seinem Profil kein Bankkonto beigefügt hat. Der Artikel wurde mir nie zugeschickt, aber mein Geld wurde trotz des "Käuferschutz" nie zurückerstattet. Auf der Nachrichtenseite mit dem Verkäufer gibt es keine Möglichkeit, eine Beschwerde über die Transaktion und das OPP-System einzureichen. Ich habe Kleinanzeigen bereits eine Beschwerde auf deren Website geschickt, aber es gibt keine Antwort. Ich werde den Käuferschutz nicht mehr nutzen, wenn es so viele Bedingungen und mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit von der Firma gibt!
Problems over Problems
Accounts get blocked for no reason at all. Can’t use my correct phone number and don’t know why, ads get deleted for no reason. Horrible.
Won’t let me sign up
I find this app very frustrating to access for US users. It won’t let me sign up and the actual website never sends me the verification email.
Add a SMS number for the US
I recently found some items on this all that I wanted to purchase, I cannot even contact the seller without verifying a phone number, which the US is not an option. Add the US for an option please!
Phone number from US
This sit has a very poor setup. Will not take a U.S. phone number needed for verification. If this site is to be used only in Europe. Then it should inform the users.
Scammer Klauen Anzeigen
Ich versuche meine Gitarre zu verkaufen jedoch wurde mir von einem Interessenten mitgeteilt das meine Anzeige zweimal unter verschiedenen Orten angezeigt wird. Bilder, Preis etc. Natürlich hab ich die gefälschte Anzeige gemeldet aber das interessiert keine Sau bei Kleinanzeigen. Bis das Problem gelöst wird werde ich Kleinanzeigen kein besseren Review geben können.
