Several of the screens, as well as the dashboard lock one, are going outside of the physical boarders on the phone, and no horizontal scrolling is allowed. Poor experience, obviously not tested or ignored on purpose. :(

Booked a multi leg transatlantic flight in premium, made all my seat reservations as I’m over 2m tall. On the day of the flight I was told that seat reservations for the second leg was not present and that KLM and the app didn’t allow me to do seat reservations for the second leg (a code share with SAS). Don’t know if this is an app specific problem or shorty backend integrations on KLMs side. Can’t recommend the app or the company for any tall people requiring extra legroom.

Login doesn’t work with password manager for autofill.
Every time I fly it’s the same. A day or two before the flights, you open more seats to choose between. I change the first seat and despite that I already paid to sit in the front, you will now charge me 0,10 € or so. I pay, you confirm and I then move on to change the second seat. You ask me to pay another amount, usually not the one you indicated on the seat plan (the sum of the two seat changes?). I pay and you confirm it’s done. On my card only the latter payment is really charged. The seat selection for the first flight is now disabled (meaning I can’t upgrade to business etc.) and when I get to the airport the agent will tell tell me I owe money for the seat change. This is so annoying!
They send spam notifications. I just need to use the app when I fly. Bottom line: If I get any more spam from KLM, I will stop flying with KLM forever, so I can keep this app uninstalled forever. I have never backed down from a threat in my life, so you stop spamming me or I’m gone.

Wish the sorting and search function for travels was a bit better
So after many trips today I finally figured out what is bugging me with the app! The boarding pass shows the time for boarding but the trip view only shows the takeoff time. This difference in presented data confuses me so, as a traveller I would like to have consistent data in all travel views.
