I am not able to select any seats

Luggage

Why is it not possible too buy luggage for the home flight on internet??we have one flight with transavia out off two but they are flying for klm. Bad service and we did not get any information about this when we bought the ticket! I hope that we can buy it at the same price in the airport!!! It not we never fly with klm again!

Cannot use the app anymore due to ios version

Suddenly I cannot use your app anymore.. my phone only has IOS 15.8.2… not good…

You’re “security” according to password is ridiculous. Even my bank doesn’t require a password as complicated as KLM apparently need for you APP. Ridiculous

Login

Login on the app is not possible now for 6 months. Only via pc. Why bother… Update: one year later login is still not possible

App not up to date

The app often crashes, reports “no internet connection” even though there’s no issues with the connection, slow at loading tickets or seat selection if it even loads at all, issues with paying and so on and on. Overall a rarely functional app.

One of the worst organized airline companies

KLM it only for the employees not for the clients. Service is randomly, now and then you meet polite people who gives normal service but often they are more busy in internal affairs and you feel you bother them. And seats you bother to select are changed for no reason so when you think it will be a nice trip, forget it.

Delayed!!! Again!!!

Flying with KLM is no treat!!! Last time i was delayed more than 12 hrs, now 3!!!! And no compensations given! Not Ok!!
