KLM - Book a flight

I've enjoyed this app for a long time and it's great for tracking your flight. However, I've started to receive advertisements as push notifications. The only reason I ever turned those on was to receive information about my flight, not to be advertised... If I wanted to book a flight, I'd open the app myself. A real shame, as I always thought KLM to be one of the less scummy flight companies.

Payment system is not easy and has failed a number of times for no good reason

App is slow and not at all intuitive!

You now require email two factor code but by the time the email arrives. Your app reloads the login page and you can’t use the PIN code. You then have to login and request a new pin code again and it continues like this

No obvious way to use booking nr. to achieve boarding pass. IT is a promise to make things easier. Not more complicated. The latter is happening here

I dont understand why i typically are allocated a mittle seat in the back even though I am a platinum customer

iOS 15.8.3 is too old for the KLM application. It doesn’t say this in AppStore. Login is hopeless with two factor verification that doesn’t work. A new pass word is required with 12 letters and digits etc.

Really hard to figure how to buy upgrade of more passengers in the same go . Its do able but but Help instructions are needed.
