Why make it so hard to add bonus card

Cant understand why my lojalty program number cant be added automatically when I check in from the app while being logged in. Seems only purpose it to make it as hard as possible to earn miles.

Unable to check in on app

This issue is there from quite some time. When travelling from non EU to EU, and trying to check in via app, it asks for visa / residence permit. But even after entering the details it doesn’t save and allow to proceed.

Not me ch to add

Works well, there’s always details that ca be impressive ve. #adhd

Ios 16 needed

Ios 16 makes older iphones obsoloye for your app. Interesting, i thought air lines needed to work hard on their environmental image. Not KLM.

Sustainability

The new version don’t work with order iPads as they can’t be upgraded to iOS 16 which medan that I have to buy a new iPad to be able to,use your app even if my iPad workshop very well. You talk about your self as an company that games sustainability seriously but I don’t think that you are that when I as a user have to buy something that I don’t need and to replace something works

Irritating pop ups

Too many pop ups while using the app.

Spammy and slow

When you ask for consent to send notifications to provide updates on my flight it is not ok to start sending ads as push. That is just SPAM. Also the app feels very sluggish and standard navigation straight up doesn’t work. Specifically going back is a swipe from the left corner in all of iOS but this app you have to tap the button in the most remote corner of the screen

Too slow

The app is incredibly slow, even with fast internet

Language

Can’t change the language from German to English.
