It was m 1st time using klook and I had some questions regarding my booking. The rep assistant was very helpful and help me with I need to know. I am very satisfied and relieved that my questions were sorted it out.

Their price is wrong, and they did not admit it until I said that the services is upsetting. Now I ask for refund but there is jo clear explanation when or how it will be settled until I follow up to then everyday. I ask refund since a week ago, and they just initiated the refund today. Very bad experience, not recommended

I buy ticket for hotel in japan, in 5th january, i ve been success for payment from my bank account and my cash has deducted, but hotel status pending with note no payment recieved, i sent email and also call klook center, and they answer always same, wait for confirmation, the money will be transferred 3-14 days, till i confirm to third parties that connect from my bank to klook and show the evidences that the payment succed, till now almost 3 month no money transferred to my accounts, very frustating, be careful of klook services, so bad, i dont know this categorize as scam or what? where i should report this klook app? be ware people of this service, $300 my cash still didnt get back to my accounts, this app horrible, be ware this app, their steal ur money, this is scammer Update till now i didnt get my money and they reply always same, please submit ur code bank etc, almost 3 times sent my detail, almost 4 months my money didnt get back, i ve. saya booking untuk pick up dari tokyo ke haneda, pas hari H ternyata saya ga di pick up karena drivernya ga dateng. saya pun kontak semua nomor yang tertera di details klook tetep ga di jawab sampe jamnya lewat, akhirnya nyerah saya ke airport kejer pesawat naik taxi yang saya berhentiin di jalan dan untung saya ga telat. usut punya usut ternyata bookingnya di finish sama pihak driver yang ga pernah datang dan saya ga bisa refund padahal saya uda kontak customer service klook tapi ga di jawab sama sekali. kapok pake aplikasi ini dan ga akan pernah mau pake lagi kalo caranya ky mafia hit and run begini.
