## KMC Smart Reviews in United States

### ***** "So far so awesome"
Very cool app which allows you to control and customize the way you can use their products. Has different features such as turning on outlet switch on or off based on the weather, or other outlets state. There’s more features that allows for more customization with relative ease. Haven’t tried them all yet.
-- Leon Blais, 2024-07-19

### ****- "Excellent device"
DARK MODE PLEASE!!! My eyes hurt during the night time
-- San_Ge, 2024-06-23

### *---- "Pairing issues"
Cannot pair slim smart plug to more than one iPhone. App says that you can but every time I try to add a second phone, the app removes the device from the previously connected phone.
-- Nickname llllllll, 2024-04-22

### *---- "does not connect with alexa"
This is a scam, they do not connect with Alexa in any way! If you want to connect it with Alexa, don't buy it
-- Does not conect, 2024-03-15

### ****- "Work well, but…."
I’m using four devices in two locations. They certainly function as on off switches via the app. There is a timer functionality/on off options via sunrise/sunset, however, it doesn’t seem there’s a way to say : go on at sunset and off at 10 pm. You can only set the on, and have to turn them off manually. I would absolutely give five stars if that were fixed .
-- dj sickles and hammers., 2024-03-03

### ***-- "Needs Update"
This app is very lean on features and flow. For example, I tried to name the device and it couldn’t handle the number of characters. It doesn’t flow well when accessing your devices by room. I do use Alexa, but the names were captured incorrectly because of the character limitation…needs work!
-- Useful 1984, 2024-02-20

### *---- "Not working since update"
Plugs have become inactive and unable to sync to Alexa
-- Kingesc, 2023-11-23

### *---- "Not working anymore"
Worked fine until I updated it. Now all my devices are there but when I try to switch them on/off every device says it’s “offline” and it takes a long time for it to randomly go back “online” so I can work the switch. My WiFi and router work fine. This app is now so annoying to use I want to throw all the stupid “smart” plugs away.
-- Angel46827483, 2023-11-09

### ***-- "App freezes"
I have used this app for a long time and has been working great until a few weeks ago. When u go into the app it freezes and doesn’t work. I can’t click on anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but keeps doing it. Not sure what is going on but it has always worked until now.
-- User not happy nope, 2023-11-01

### ***** "It works!"
I bought a 4 pack of these pass thru Wifi adapters. Easy setup. Couldn’t be happier!
