### **--- "No offsite surveillance and no customer support"
This works fine when you’re at the site connected to the same network as the cameras. However when you are not connected to the same WiFi, like when u leave ur home, there is no way to connect to the surveillance to watch your place when you’re not there. They only have a support email, which no one ever responds.

With the launch of the new iPhone came the crash of this app. The app no longer works and consistently crashes. It cannot connect to my cameras and when I try to switch from one camera to another it exits the app. Someone needs to fix this ASAP.

New Version 3.0.0 does not work for LTE, it only works with WIFI connection. This new version is downgraded from previous version.

[0 Stars] Third review, no longer works in iOS 11. 

[3 Stars] Second review: the update to this app now has it working again however, the header is now filled with an iAds bar that doesn't seem to work properly, just gobbledygook.  

[1 Star] First review: The new update is worthless! The suggested replacement, vMEye, isn't much better from a a stability standpoint. I did finally get it to work and although I don't specifically oppose the insertion of iAds as a way for the developer to make a few $ on a free app, the stability and UI of these apps is less than stellar. I would gladly pay for a stable & secure app with a simple and well designed UI. 

Seeing as this app is suggested for cam viewing by the manufacturer of my surveillance system you would think (a) that they would develop their own dedicated app or (b) at least be sure that a third party developer would offer one that works.

This is much better than the "KMEye Free" app by DC.  I had that one, it was horrible, no dependability; which is what you need when you want to monitor cameras.  This app is great, a few little glitches that I easily corrected. I actually downloaded this one and the 4 one, both are dependable and you can't beet the price ($0).

If you have ver 1.2 your ok, but I let the app update and ver 2.0 is terrible.  Cam 1 will work but attempting to view any other cameras just bounces back and forth between buffering and network error.  As I fist stated this is not an issue in ver 1.2 and I wish I could go back. I have 2 iPhone 4. One phone I updated and the other I did not. Ver1.2 works and ver 2.0 does not!  Use KMEye from David Chaung, it works great

It's so irritating. I have to update all my other apps one by one to stay at 1.0 because is broken in version 2.0. 
Read the reviews, everyone simply wants the old version back. Even if they would release 1.0 under another name that would be tolerable. 2.0 is simply trash that they haven't updated or fixed in at least a year.

This app worked well before the update. Figured after updating to iOS 6.0.1 on my phone then updating all apps seemed only right. Boy was I wrong. Before the update, I didn't need wifi to view my cameras, now everytime I'm away from home I receive errors with 3G. Frustrating indeed. Please fix.

The upgrade destroyed a perfectly good app. I'm sorry I let it install.  Then it started working again, but only intermittently.  I'll delete it as soon as I find Anything to replace it. At this point Anything will be better. They really need to Fix it for real this time because it was perfect before they started 'upgrading' it.  Very Glitchy App (when it works that is).
