Please i can’t find subtitles,I’ve tried to find subtitles for my videos but it’s saying subtitles not found

I just downloaded the App and I haven’t been able to open a Wallet, it keeps sending me to a blank white page. Thank you

KMPLEX GLITCH
the app states glitching soon as I finished setting up my kmplex wallet and now I can’t use the app . If you won’t let us access the kmplex service then why make the offer in the first place ?

We are supposed to download the subtitles easily from the app but the subtitles is not always available I even have to update it because of that but still the same thing kindly make the subtitles available for easy access

I forgot my km player passcode I don’t know how to reset or retrieve it, please help me
