They assured me I would pay nothing for my appointment, yet I had to pay a $170 charge for it. The doctor never even replied to my message when I asked about this. non-transparent, and unhelpful. WW, trillium, GoodRx and even Ro are cheaper than that charge. I had made an account. I go back to log in and says login or pwd are wrong. I go to reset password and am told there is no account vi go to create (REcreate) account and says there is already an account w that email so please reset password - and around and around again with no way out. No help or support contact listed.
