This app **could** be great, if it only worked! I have yet to use it without crashing. Besides crashing constantly, when it does work, it seems you can only tap on a few icons, then they no longer open to show what the icon is. Then the app crashes. The idea of this app is great, which is the only reason I haven’t deleted it. I keep hoping the stability issues will be resolved.
App kept saying we were in freshwater and would not work when we were in salt water. That’s if the app actually stayed open, kept crashing. Lots of glitches. Do not recommend.
Please do not depend on this App. It freezes or crashes constantly and could never be trusted for marine navigation. Any time you try to route something, BOOM. Instant crash. Check out Argo or Navionics as it seems you can actually depend on those apps for now.
While doing a delivery on a boat losing all systems this app really truly came in handy. Thanks for keeping me safe.
This app is what I am looking for. Hopefully, in the future the app will work better. Some issues: I see many location icons on the map, but taping them does nothing! (Expecting to show location details) Filtering does not work. Eg: I removed “marinas and fuel” but they still show up! The user experience needs to be improved. App had Good potential.
Shortly after opening the app, it freezes and you can’t use it!!! I certainly won’t trust this app on the water!!
I always use this app when boating locally in South Florida. To my amazement, I took a cruise to Alaska and at all times was able to see my location, inside passage, Glacier Bay, Canadian coasts Victoria, etc. Impressive. I recommend this app to all boaters and non alike.
If you’re on the water you want this app! Very helpful.
I like the app but after opening for about 30 seconds it keeps force closing itself.
I recently moved a boat about eighty miles from the place where I bought it to where I wanted to take it out. There were plenty of opportunities to take a wrong turn, but using Know Wake for position and a larger map for the big picture enabled us to navigate with complete confidence. It was also handy to know about upcoming marinas or other points of interest. Great app.
