Mal kann gar nichts bedient werden und mal bestimmte Funktionen nicht. Derzeit kann z. B. auf einmal keine Zimmertemperatur mehr eingestellt werden, obwohl die App aber die aktuellen Raumtemperaturen ausweisen kann. -- zelda1705, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Leider hat Buschjäger nichts dazu gelernt!" Hatte ich zunächst gehofft, dass mit der ControlTouch App endlich einmal der Nutzer zur Zielgruppe des Herstellers wird, wurde ich hier erneut enttäuscht. Die App ist sehr umständlich und alles andere als usernah. Die sieht man auch andere geringen Frequenz der Updates, zwischen denen oftmals ein Jahr und mehr liegt. Das machen andere wie zum Beispiel LOXONE viel besser. Man kann zwar in der App eine Szene erstellen, kann sie aber keinem Raum zu ordnen und auch keinen Button bei den einzelnen Räumen für die Szene anlegen. Natürlich ermöglicht die App auch keine Widgets. Komplikationen für die Watch gibt es auch nicht. Einige Funktionen, die in der iPhone App möglich sind, gibt es nicht auf der Watch. Auch die Kompatibilität innerhalb der Buschjäger Welt lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kauft man sich zum System das passende Touchdisplay, sollte man nicht erwarten, die erarbeiteten Konfigurationen und Szenen des ControlTouch auf dem Touch Display wieder zu finden. Dies ist eine separate Welt für sich und muss auch separat programmiert werden. Alles in allem hat der Hersteller die neue Kundengeneration immer noch nicht erkannt und seine Zielgruppe ist immer noch der Elektriker statt der Anwender. -- endodontist’s mood, 2024-07-14 ### ***-- "Läuft nicht optimal" Ich habe bei der APP ständig Verbindungsabbrüche. Das nervt total. Außerdem funktioniert die Dimmfunktion nicht. Ich will mein Licht runter dimmen und stelle den Regler dementsprechend ein und mein Licht wird anstatt gedimmt einfach heller! What?! Auch die schrittweise Dimmung in 10% Schritten funktioniert null. Bin was das angeht echt enttäuscht. Bei dem Preis sollte die APP wesentlich besser laufen. Dennoch muss auch dazu gesagt werden, dass die anderen Funktionen (Rolladen, Heizung und Licht an und ausschalten) gut funktioniert. Ich hoffe einfach dass die APP weiter verbessert wird und die Fehler behoben werden. -- Anna straß, 2021-03-07 ### ***-- "Öfters Verbindungsabbrüche" Öfters Verbindungsabbrüche obwohl Internetverbindung stabil ist. Wahrscheinlich ist das Portal von Busch-Jaeger nicht für die Anzahl der Geräte ausgelegt. Wenn man einen günstigen Zeitraum erwischt, funktioniert die Bedienung gut. Jede noch so unwichtige APP funktioniert nach den Update auf iOS 13. Nur die App Control Touch, die wirklich wichtig wäre, funktioniert nicht. Wie kann ein solches Unternehmen, welches sich selbst als Vorreiter in Sachen Innovationen sieht, es nicht schaffen bis zum Release einer neuen Handysoftware ein Update herauszubringen. Es ist ja nun wirklich kein Geheimnis, dass Apple jedes Jahr im September ein Update ihres Betriebssystems veröffentlicht. Busch-Jäger geizt ja wirklich mit App Updates und sinnvollen Neuerungen, aber ein Totalausfall der App ist nun der Gipfel. Das letzte Update der App war vor einem Jahr... Mit dem iPhone leider nicht, da Die Oberfläche für Smartphones nicht an den kleinen Bildschirm angepasst wurde. Aber auch für das iPad gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial: In der ZeitSchaltUhr kann ich zwar problemlos etwas hinzufügen (z.B. eine Jalousie), aber entfernen ist nicht vorgesehen. Dafür muss ich dann doch an den PC sitzen. -- abraeg, 2019-07-03 ### ****- "Super Sache!" Steuere mein gesamtes Haus (Licht, Musik, Rollos, Heizung) erfolgreich über diese App! Leider ist die Anbindung des AV-Receivers sehr tüftelig.. Ideal wäre bei der App noch eine Siri Unterstützung, sodass ich Aktoren via Sprache steuern kann (Schalte das Licht im Wohnzimmer an). Durch die „Kurzbefehle“ in IOS 12 sollte dies sicherlich zu implizieren sein. Lieber natürlich noch über die HomeKit Funktion von Apple.
