This app has enabled me to make an insane amount of beats. The simple design and Intuitive I make it so inspiring to use. Highly recommend you get all the features.

Please fix

Dude I love this app but it’s been pissing me off lately, you can’t record a song past a minute fifty seconds, I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded and it continues to do the same thing, still giving you 5 stars please just fix this issue

Great fun app but please add this one thing

Love the app. I have had it since it’s release. I even bought a Roland SP-404 because it’s similar and now connects to koala, however I have one Want!!! Please add “automation” or are sampling of the Performance effects!! Please. I want to be able to make a pad out of the sample while I play the performance effects. Such a simple request. So much fun and so useful if that were added. Developers…please add the ability to record or automate or resample while applying and or playing the performance effects. The Roland TR 707/101 lacks this feature with the scatter effects. They are so fun but like the koala can only be used live. I want…need to add the effects I perform to a sample and pad. Definitely doable and makes this a 5 star app Please Thank you A quick YouTube search will show others want this too. Only work around is to set the hold (not playable) then use mic to resample (bad quality and no movement becuase of hold.

Koala is ALMOST perfect.

I love this app so much; the simplicity is the key to its success for sure. That being said, I am having a hard time coping with the fact that eventhough Koala is amazing it lacks MIDI out. I know many people use Koala as their “main engine”, but for me it’s like a sketch pad (from which I extract stems but mostly MIDI). I would love if one could “select” a midi channel for each pad (so that the midi from such pad is “exposed” to the user). Naturally, having 48 pads would mean you would have to share channels in between pads, but if one is allowed to “decide” what to export perhaps this wouldn’t be a big deal (to me it wouldn’t since although sometimes I do use more than 16 pads, generally this workflow I suggest would still save me a ton of time that I would otherwise spend exporting and importing files onto piano roll and stuff like that. Please do consider adding MIDI out functionality. It is seriously Koala’s biggest limitation. That being said, Koala is massive so congratulations - it really is a wonderful app ✌🏼🤌🏼.

Worst sampler

Was trying to use it to chop up a sample that was pre recorded. Did not deliver. Not many useful tools to work with pre recorded things. Fine if you want to record each individual noise yourself. But not worth the money

Very easy to use. Very affordable one time purchase. Support designers like these. No more pay subscriptions. Now i add my own samples to my video clips. Takes no time. Thank you guys i been looking for an affordable way to just sample not trying to be a dj just want to better my content

10 dollars well spent on my phone. I am curious how to go about getting the 4 channels if I am receiving an error in app. Was wondering if it was something I could get on the store.

Definitely not intuitive

Easy to record and import samples. Virtually impossible to figure out what to do with them after that. Not the least bit intuitive.

This is the best music production App , its amazing! iOS 10 ! You don’t need throw out your old devise ! I buy new old iPad Air specially to use only Koala Samurai ! You’re great! Little bug on iPad 9 ! After wake up from sleep don’t work sound
