Kobo Books
This is a reader I have been trying to get into. I have paid $33.98 for 2 books but they won’t download. I will leave the reader home when I go to the airport tomorrow and buy a real book when I get there!

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with the app, but I was able to reach the customer support team incredibly easily and quickly! They solved my problem in just 10 minutes. The app works great on both e-readers and phones, and it’s very user-friendly. 100% recommend!
Can’t find account settings on iPhone to change credit card
I’ve been frustrated because I can’t find anywhere on the app to change my credit card information to buy another book.
Kobo Plus
Renewing after trial period 75% through current book when I get message that I need to renew subscription in order to continue reading book. Ive tried for most part of the morning and each time I try to renew it bounces back “oops try later”. I switched off device and retried a number of times and same story. Then it says book I want to download is not available in my area….. but I’ve been reading last 3 days NOT user friendly I’m sorry I didn’t get the Kindle Colour!!!

Helpful problem solving when things don’t work
While I am still having trouble with the app, Kobo has contacted me and given a lot of help to try and sort out the problems! They have been very helpful. I have also been able to access my books from one of their other apps, so it’s all worked out. ******. ******. ****** I bought an audio book to use with the app. I can’t download it. I can’t change my password for the website to try and fix the problem with the app. I can’t contact anyone to ask for help. AI answers just point me back to things I have already tried unsuccessfully. This is really not a great experience for me at all.
New books
While I love my Kobo app, lately, I am having to log out and log back in again in orders to see new books and audio books I have purchased, and of course, I am having to download books again.
