Why can’t I see my purchased books in the app?
About time to merge the app and website together. Quite confusing.
Almost Perfect
I’m loving the app so far. Have been able to get good deals on the book series I am currently reading. I just wish there was an option to scroll read, as well as swiping through “pages”. It’s just my preference and has been an option on other reading platforms I use. Other than that it’s great
Download problem
Have recently purchased an e-book and received a conformation email. However, our iPad is definitely connected to our wifi, but when pressing the sync button no download occurs. Now finally, the book that I received the order confirmation for on 11th Nov. has now appeared on my ‘recently added’ today (18th Nov.). So problem has righted itself.
No vertical scrolling
App would be perfect if it had vertical scrolling and the ability to show progress for entire book with number of pages and percentage
Losing Annotations
I have been using this app for annotating books however, when I turn a page or exit the app all of my annotations disappear. As though it is trying to load a change in text size etc. This is disruptive and I would like to be able to lock the formatting and make annotations as though it’s a PDF doc. Whether you can vectorise annotations to add throughout the document.
Very inconsistent.
This app used to be great but now I find it is very inconsistent. Three times in two days I’ve had to reset on my iPad and Kobo reader. The Kobo reader is one month old. It’s simply not good enough.
Needs dark mode icon
This app is reasonable, and sync with my Kobo ereader is solid. But the light mode icon is really unpleasant when I use dark mode icons in iOS 18.
Kobo app on iPhone 12 Pro and 15 Pro
app crashes a lot usually when you open it is says there was an unexpected error. Needs a facelift too as looks dated. Does the job though
Forgot Password doesn’t work
How can I update my password? That “Forgot Password” link doesn’t work (I didn’t receive anything through email after I requested) and I can’t find any way under my account neither. Please help.
