Als ich dann meine Website für die Schule machen wollte und ca. 1000 Zeilen css hatte und alles weg war, hat das schon genervt. Kam fast immer nach Dokumentenwechseln oder Appwechsel. Aber nicht nur css auch html Seiten waren danach komplett weiß. Super währe es nich wenn man einen code interpreter haben würde. Beim Editor verschwinden die Tabs oben ungefragt.... wie wärs mit einer Einstellungsmöglichkeit mit dem Magic Keyboard braucht man diesen extra-Platz nicht zwingend,. Ich möchte zwischen den Tabs hin und her navigieren. Leider ist das nicht möglich und nur aufwändig mit runterstreichen (Notification Center öffnet sich) oder man muss in den Files ständig sinnlos hin und her navigieren in der Leiste links. Dann hilft nur eine Neuinstallation. -- Verspätung, 2023-12-12 ### **--- "Usable, but some problems" Biggest problem: you can open and edit multiple documents, but I’ve had Koder overwrite one text file with the content of a different open file. I could revert to the previously saved (correct) version when I got back to my desktop machine, recovering a Time Machine backup, but if I’m traveling, it means I can’t work with the incorrectly saved document until I get home to fix things. This is turning into a deal breaker for me. One other annoyance: when editing, “smart typographic” substitutes (replacing two hyphens with an em-dash, for instance, or “smart” quote marks) breaks some compilers. I can turn these substitutions off globally, but I actually want to have them with other apps. I’ve not found a way to turn this off just for the app (not that I’ve spent a lot of time looking, and with the previous problem, I’m not likely to). Otherwise, it does provide a minimalist set of basic editing functions. What I would really like on the iPad, however, is an editor modeled on BBEdit, just stripped down as necessary for the resources available on iPad. I’m not sure how much is reasonable to expect on iPad, but more flexible find/replace (grep would be nice), soft wrap, case switching options (all Upper, all lower, Title case, etc.), and user-defined text macros are all things I miss. -- pcastine, 2023-12-12 ### ***** "Seems nice" I personaly think its the best coding so far in the app store! Erste mal war die Datei dann komplett leer, ein anderes Mal wurde der gesamte Inhalt (HTML doc) mit einem anderen überschrieben (Python doc). Diese zwei Male sind in kürzester Zeit passiert. Kann also nur absolut davon abraten, überhaupt etwas mit dieser App zu öffnen -- YXTAC, 2023-11-02 ### ****- "Recht Gut" Es ist ein sehr guter Editor für alles mögliche.Mann kann alles gut lesen und was ich vor allem toll finde ist, dass die Tags und Attribute farbig sind und man sie dadurch besser erkennen kann.
