As the title states. There is no way to easily speak to a representative. It is not delineated and very frustrating.

I love this bank because they care about our security and I can rely on them once I needed a loan to buy a house and I didn’t have any problems to get the loan👍

The app is smooth only some bugs and minor glitches that appear momentarily but after an app close (or 2) it’s fixed.

I have never been more humiliated with a debit card that is useless People in the lobby just say go and use the time machine to find out if it works! It’s almost to the point that I will change banking institutions! It’s easier to use check or cash.

Love the app for Kohler CU. The best app out there and the best Credit Union!

It drives me nuts, that there’s no way to make a loan payment on your website. Not only that, anytime I go to the branch, or try to pay by phone, you hit me up with fees to make a payment. That’s ridiculous.

The app makes transferring money between my wife and I (who’s also a KCU member) for bills super seamless and convenient. The only reason it gets 4 stars from me is because I feel compared to other banks, KCU falls behind with modern features. For instance, I’ve been using Chime as a checking account for a while and they have a widget that you’re able to use that shows all of your balances in real-time. So if I make a purchase I can watch it come out of my bank account as soon as the widget refreshes. I also get a notification every time I make a purchase or a bill payment processes, and at the end of the notification it shows me my remaining balance. This is extremely useful for me as it makes my life much easier knowing that a simple swipe or buzz can show me my money, instead of having to go to the KCU app and log in over and over just to see balances. Not to mention, KCU is quite a bit slower at updating balances as well. There have been times where KCU won’t recognize a transaction for days and therefore doesn’t reflect my available balance. I’ve never had that issue with Chime. Aside from credit card payments, everything I purchase goes into a “pending” state within seconds and removes that money from my available balance. If I had a widget for KCU at the least, or was able to be notified when a purchase is made or transaction goes through, I’d be much happier. But they don’t seem to have that option in their “Push Notifications” settings, and since they just went through their technology update and made no revisions to the apps, I can’t imagine these features will be coming any time soon.

I love the online banking, it’s so much easy to use than my old bank WF.
