But, for over a month now the app constantly fails to either connect to generator or I have to keep logging into my account and it can’t find the generator. They’re all over the place with this app, constantly making changes that make it worse. They used to have this okta thing that they used for log-ins that didn’t work, and the system would not allow you to recover your password. Today I hadn’t checked it for a few weeks and IT’S MAKING ME LOG IN AGAIN, only this time with something called “rehlke.” Somehow I remembered my password but now the little wheel is just spinning and it won’t update the status of my system. What is worse than garbage? Radioactive waste? The company who installed the generator says this has been happening to pretty much all their customers. Kohler, if you're listening, please get your act together! -- P1ngP0ng, 2025-05-02 ### ****- "Works Great" I was okay with the OnCue App and didn’t bother to download the new app (this app) because of all the bad reviews. Today I downloaded the new App on my iPhone 16 Pro to test it out. Once downloaded, I created a new account without any issues. I linked the generator to the new app via the OnCue generator credentials. This was easily done via a link button in the new app. After everything was linked and I logged in all my generator history and current status appeared and it showed me my next maintenance due date. I can’t complain. Everything looks at least as good as on the old OnCue app. I then downloaded the app onto my iPad Pro, logged in, and everything was there. If there are glitches, I haven’t seen them yet. *** UPDATE *** Today, my generator went offline. I’m connected via ethernet cable, so it’s not my WiFi. I checked my cables and all is good. Other than my ISP going down, this is the first time that my generator has gone offline since I first connected it - about 2 years. I’ve been using OnCue all that time. The weird thing is that if I turn my generator status from AUTO to OFF, I get a message in my Activity Log. But when I go back to AUTO, there is no notice that the generator if back in Standby. I did this twice. Not sure how some messages got to my phone if the communications to the generator is interrupted. I contacted the developer. I’m waiting to hear back. I went from 5 to 3 stars. UPDATE 2 *** It took a while, but since I updated my firmware, I have not had any issues. It’s been online now for a couple of weeks without error. All notifications are working. -- Be_skeptical, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Can’t even login since the update" Since the last update, i can’t even login (password does not work, nor does logging in with Apple Id and the program doesn’t support resetting my password)! The release engineer flopped with this update and at this rate it will never replace OnCue! -- Mstet, 2025-04-30 ### **--- "Activity log is one hour ahead" This issue has come and gone and now it’s back again with latest 1.2.8+20594 release and repairs to Rehlko servers. We are in Central time zone currently Daylight saving time and log entries back to Day 1 of commissioning 3 years ago show as an hour later than they should be. The previous OnCue Plus app reads correctly so it seems it might be an Energy Management app problem.
