App freezes and crashes after using search bar for looking up specific types of items (ie: mens polo shirts or queen size sheets) which makes me have to constantly close and reopen the app, just for the inconvenient process to happen over and over again. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app and it still happens! The UX design isn’t modernized at all and there’s a very basic but cluttered layout. The process for filtering results is redundant; why do I have to apply the settings I chose in one tab of item filters and then hit apply again for them to populate? Once choices are chosen, they should automate without having to hit extra buttons. Additionally, having to pick sizes vs colors vs what’s actually in stock for the size I need is pretty annoying. You can’t choose a size and then see what’s in stock on the specific item page. You have to tap on EVERY single color to see if that color is in stock or not. Have the sizes available/sold out and the colors openly indicated underneath the item photos, without them being in 2 separate and closed filtered rows. Example: **item photos** Colors/patterns available, not in a dropdown Sizes openly available, not in a dropdown. Item description short details to open to full details. ————————————————— -- Ja9 K., 2025-01-02 ### ***** "Great customer service" Recommend to all -- Jim-Trim, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "Constantly freezes" Spent a lot of time finding just what you want? Well I hope you remember what it’s called so you can find it again because the app is frozen on the purchase screen found it again? Great! Can’t open it because it froze? Welcome to the kohls app! Repeat. -- Cory Denver, 2025-01-01 ### **--- "Gift cards" Why can’t i delete the old giftcards on the app or online?? I have multiple giftcards and it keeps piling up. No options to delete. The gift cards also don’t scan from the app in stores. They always have to type the numbers out. So time consuming!! Needs fixing!!!!! -- Eileen perez m, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "The Kohl’s App" This is a great app which i’ve not had issues with this far. I have had the app for some time now and actually use this phone app more than my desktop site. I can find what I am looking for when shopping, Kohl’s Cash as well as paying my bill. Added with my Kohl’s charge card I can even look at this in the same app. Very convenient so far. -- iAMtheNurseDude, 2024-12-31 ### **--- "Spooling & spooling" This app just does not work. Every time I pick something all it does is just spool. -- Luvabo, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Keeps dying on me" Keeps hanging -- anhajan, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Great quality" I always get the greatest quality of clothing and bedding from Kohls! The kohls cash helps too!! -- Malachi Mellow, 2024-12-30 ### **--- "App always freezes" The app itself is great… when it runs correctly. 99% of the time it freezes when I attempt to change the size or color of an item. I have to close out and go back in. Never works:( -- Rlee:), 2024-12-30 ### **--- "Kohls ap freezes a lot" The app needs work for iPad. It freezes all the time and very frustrating -- swehr, 2024-12-30 [View all Kohl's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Kohl's Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Shopping | #62 | ## Kohl's Discovered Keywords - shopping - shoes - fashion - macys - coupons for passbook - discounts - shop - target wallet - target shopping - the home store ## Apps Similar to Kohl's - [JCPenney – Shopping & Coupons](https://apptail.io/app/jcpenney-shopping-coupons-mJf/united-states) - [Marshalls Official](https://apptail.io/app/marshalls-official-Ehr/united-states) - [The Children's Place](https://apptail.io/app/the-childrens-place-WCG/united-states) - [QVC Mobile Shopping (US)](https://apptail.io/app/qvc-mobile-shopping-us-teO/united-states) - [At Home Stores](https://apptail.io/app/at-home-stores-aWO/united-states) - [Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes](https://apptail.io/app/old-navy-shop-for-new-clothes-iuT/united-states) - [Party City](https://apptail.io/app/party-city-Depb/united-states) - [Famous Footwear - Shop Shoes](https://apptail.io/app/famous-footwear-shop-shoes-Atpb/united-states) - [HSN: Shopping App for Deals](https://apptail.io/app/hsn-shopping-app-for-deals-NgJb/united-states) - [DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse](https://apptail.io/app/dsw-designer-shoe-warehouse-XtMc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
