App reflected that order was ready, but was rudely told by the staff who clicked her tongue and just said ‘not yet’

Timing on app and at physical outlet is completely different. On app stated 0 cups in queue. Ordered and told me its ready to collect. when i reach i had to wait 25 mins. Poorly developed app.

The app is harder to navigate the functions. I added my voucher in but couldn’t pay by this app. 

Asked the staff on site on how to redeem through the app, they did not know how to as well and ask me to just order from the counter instead. 

Why release an app when you did not train your staff on how to use the app yet? 

Instead of stating menu on navigator, it’s better to put order here. I was so confused by it. 

Prefer KOI 1.0 APP. So much easier to navigate and use

New update on KOI 2.0 > worse, cant even order on phone even after reinstalling it again. Please fix your bug!!!!!

Better aesthetics , but user experience is so bad. 

UI not too shabby but everything is barely working. Worst part is that I can't use the vouchers, when i'm carting out my pick-up order, i have 2 vouchers but i unable to use it.

This is a joke @koi, please fix ur app to make it atleast USABLE.

This new app has many issues, the search function sucks, the drink i chose will only appear after i close the search function, the “email” section autofills my phone number every time, etc.

The worst issue came today when i placed my order and the payment had already been made using my Koi card (the amount was deducted and shown in transaction history under my card), but the order was not placed and it says “pending payment”. Luckily the staff at the store was kind and helpful to help me resolve this, but it just goes to show how this app isn’t even able to do the basic job it is supposed to do.

Really hoping all these issues with this new app that all the 1star reviews had mentioned will be fixed soon, otherwise Koi may seriously lose loyal customers like myself due to all these inconveniences.

The app keeps logging me out every few days. The “keep me logged in” option isn’t working. It also doesn’t fetch login details so you have to enter all of it manually. Annoying.

Can the koi new version App be able to support more than 10 registered Koi cards? The horoscope series launching will have total of 12 cards, but
your App does not allow us to register more than 10 cards, so we cannot display all 12 cards at all. Able to do something?
