On app stated 0 cups in queue. Ordered and told me its ready to collect. when i reach i had to wait 25 mins. Why release an app when you did not train your staff on how to use the app yet? Instead of stating menu on navigator, it’s better to put order here. I was so confused by it. Prefer KOI 1.0 APP. So much easier to navigate and use New update on KOI 2.0 > worse, cant even order on phone even after reinstalling it again. This is a joke @koi, please fix ur app to make it atleast USABLE. -- chestnutpearls, 2026-02-25 ### *---- "New app doesn’t work properly" This new app has many issues, the search function sucks, the drink i chose will only appear after i close the search function, the “email” section autofills my phone number every time, etc. The worst issue came today when i placed my order and the payment had already been made using my Koi card (the amount was deducted and shown in transaction history under my card), but the order was not placed and it says “pending payment”. Luckily the staff at the store was kind and helpful to help me resolve this, but it just goes to show how this app isn’t even able to do the basic job it is supposed to do. Really hoping all these issues with this new app that all the 1star reviews had mentioned will be fixed soon, otherwise Koi may seriously lose loyal customers like myself due to all these inconveniences. Which is all an app like this needs to do. I don't see wHy they even needed this new app. And if they were gna make a new one, I don't see how they could fall so far off from the workability of the previous one. This new app gives you problems in all forms. Unable to find certain outlets, unable to apply voucher, etc. Even when you 'contact' the KOI helpline, nthg really even happens. On the older app, you'll at least get a formal written email from KOI if you notify them of issues. This app? They will ask you for your email and full name but god knows whatever for because they proceed to do absolutely nothing with it. I've written in about the app being unable to apply vouchers at least 4 times now and I'm so sick of it. Literally considering forfeiting my membership entirely. So we have to keep the old app just to add new Koi cards. In addition, there is no indication of whether our Koi cards are deactivated or in active use as all the cards are displayed and have the top up function. We may mistakenly top up or use the QR code of the deactivated cards to make orders (am not sure if it will work). There is no way of deactivating any card in the new app other than displaying only 10 cards can be registered on the koi cards main page and we can only do that on the old app. It doesn’t make any sense to roll out the new app to make orders since the old one had lost this functionality and yet not allow any adding of any Koi cards. Now we have to keep both the old Koi app and use this new app to use all the functions.
