## Koko Reviews in Sri Lanka

### *---- "No refund on resgeduling payments"
I have tried to pay early but accidently rescheduled the payment and it costed me more than the payment amout itself. When I ask a refund within seconds they told me they can’t refund scheduling payments. What a joke. Then remove the option for low cost products or else reduce reschedulings costs.
-- Sadeepa3148, 2025-10-02

### ****- "Ratings"
It feels better to shop yet. No more fake products at all. I’m very Satisfied
-- Marmait, 2025-09-29

### ***** "Great App and Excellent Experience"
I am very satisfied with the Koko app. It is very easy to use and makes my payments more convenient. The app works smoothly and I have had a very good experience with it. I really like using Koko and I highly recommend it to others.
-- Muditha Ranganath, 2025-09-08

### ***** "Happy purchasing with Koko"
So convenient for purchasing and a great way to manage the costs ♥️ I have made so many orders with KoKo and really appreciate the quality of the app.
-- Jerry2503, 2025-08-12

### *---- "Disappointed and please guys don't use this"
I’ve always paid my installments on time and have already cleared all my dues. Despite that, my spending limit was suddenly reduced without any clear explanation. When I reached out to ask about it, the response I received was rude and unprofessional. This is really disappointing and feels unfair. Customers deserve respectful communication and transparency.

Their support team is terrible. And such a rude attitude towards customers. Don't use this app.
-- ChantaalMontreal, 2025-08-11

### ****- "So far so good"
I made my first payment through the app and it was convenient and quick , I prefer the letters that he more dark or bold then it would have been more visible; font like other apps, it was very hard for me to fill up my details at the initial account set up and during payments.. glad to see SL walking towards digitalization! Good luck team
-- BNuwa28, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
never ever download this app not even by accident they charge deliveries even when you’ll be early and will system is a mess total rip off app the customer service is a joke to honestly letting these guys make an app was probably the worst decision ever
-- mangaliii, 2025-08-01

### *---- "Extremely Disappointed – Hidden Charges & Delays!"
It’s really disappointing that an app meant to make things easier ends up penalizing users unfairly. Be very careful if you’re using it, always check your statements, and don’t expect quick resolutions if something goes wrong. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
-- Sandun0099, 2025-08-01

### ***** "Online"
Good👍
