You already share places through group chats, social posts, and word of mouth. kommu is where all of that comes together — one place tolist, find stays, and build your network.

Everyone is identity-verified. Your rules are set before anyone books. Every stay comes with $100,000 in protection. No transaction fees. Share your link wherever you already post — anyone who books through kommu is verified and follows your terms.

Every connection you make and group you join opens up more stays to book and more people to share your place with. The average kommu guest saves over $1,200 per trip compared to hotels and short-term rentals. One trip more than pays for the year.

1. Stay at someone's place — hosts set a rate to help cover their costs.
2.  Swap homes with another person. Your place for theirs.
3.  House/pet sit while someone's away.
