## Komodo™ Description
For ages 5 to 11, Komodo tailors the learning experience to the needs of each child, adjusting as they go along. Komodo’s focus is on developing mathematics-fluency, the key foundation for future success in mathematics. It includes counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, times tables, division, fractions, decimals, percentages and many more essential topics.

•Komodo now includes literacy (English, Language Arts) including grammar, spelling, vocabulary, punctuation, comprehension and much more.

•Komodo is not a game – it’s designed to be effective without keeping children at the screen too long.

•Komodo reports back on your child's progress as often as you'd like, and allows you to set real-life rewards to motivate them along the way

•One of the most important parts of a child's learning is your involvement. Komodo helps you support your child's learning in a way that you'll both find quick, fun and rewarding too.

•Komodo's adaptive system allows kids to skip to an appropriate level once they have mastered a topic, so even the most able should find it constantly rewarding and challenging.

Komodo is winner of the prestigious BETT Award for Best Home and Family Educational Resource. It is also winner of the Samsung Digital Media Award and the DANI Award.

## Komodo™ Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "MATHS"
MATHS
-- Teddy and Alfie, 2024-10-07

### ****- "Extremely motivating for my 7-year-old…"
…who had fallen behind quite significantly, academically, before Komodo. Since we signed-up here, she has always been enjoying an extra 5’-10’ of Maths on a daily basis - without having to be pushed. I will certainly be keeping mu subscription in the long-term and I wish I could afford to enrol her for English, too (hence the 4 stars).
-- Panther7998, 2024-02-05

### *---- "How do a hate Komodo"
Well because I was doing something else and my Mum told me to do my Komodo and I don’t know the numbers and it really really hard
-- Aryan Thind, 2023-08-19

### ***** "Great app!"
Would definitely recommend this app to be used!
-- HxNnAx, 2022-12-19

### ***** "Amazing"
I think it’s really good and people are just kids pretending to be adults cuz they can log in but a very good app
-- darkkaryt, 2021-11-22

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I only like it because it gives me 15 minutes of the iPad and we get rewards but ITS BAD IT DOES NOT GIVE U CLUES AND THEY GIVE U A WHEN YOURE SUPPOSED TO GET A⭐️!!!!!!!!
-- yjfgjyvgvj, 2021-03-03

### **--- "Not really a teaching tool"
This app tries to teach through testing, but it doesn’t really introduce concepts or explains why answers are wrong. Also child doesn’t get feedback until they have completed entire test. If you have primary school children, feedback to wrong answer should be immediate. It is probably good for kids who are older and want test their limits, but it is certainly not a tool to help through home schooling lockdown. Design wise, I found it sleek.
-- Saja kp, 2021-01-15

### ***** "Sign in problems"
Just downloaded the app but there’s no way to sign up for first user it just says sign in but will not allow our first time sign in details. Anyone knows the way round or the right way? thanks
-- La pizzeria, 2020-02-19

### ***-- "Make it 12+"
Komodo is a great app but I think u need to add a 12+ option so older kids like 12-14 year old who struggle with maths should be able to have the app with there age group as it is a good app that that should be able to enjoy aswell.
-- fitzgerald 12, 2019-10-29

### ***** "Needs update"
Good but apps need updating for IOS13. Frustrating that the app does not remember passwords. Needs update for iPhone X and above screen dimensions. Bug in the rewards section.
