## KOMU 8 News Reviews in United States

### *---- "Deleted"
Recently changed to show loud animated/video advert upon opening. Not worth enduring annoying noisy disruption just to read local news. Deleted
-- ntvplts, 2021-08-16

### *---- "No content available"
App used to work well and had good news. Now all i get is no content avail even error for weeks. Have the most recent update
-- Lsrn23, 2021-07-31

### *---- "The update ruined it all"
This last update made the app look like their website but three times worse. I can’t access anything because whenever I try to load the app it literally says “NO CONTENT AVAILABLE”. The set up when it does work is super confusing. The set up before the update was organized and clean. Now I just don’t check the news or weather on the app anymore. I just have to figure out from other sources.
-- Hochjngcongching, 2020-10-30

### *---- "New Update Broke App"
The newest update makes the home page blank. In order to find ANY stories I have to click the search button and then it takes me to what I assume is the new home page. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it has not helped.
-- C@ntelope, 2020-10-19

### ***-- "Dark mode is junk"
The article headings in dark mode are dark grey. You can’t even read them.
-- Wscz1285, 2020-09-18

### ***-- "Latest update doesn’t like Dark Mode"
Latest update to refresh the sponsors broke iOS dark mode for its users like me.
The dark mode text color on the story headline previews stays black while correctly setting the background color to black. Makes it a bit tough to read the black on black invisible story headlines.
Please correct this issue.
-- billem0987, 2020-08-13

### ***-- "I like this app but..."
The app is great to navigate and really easy to use. But there needs to be some more upbeat stories. It's all the bad news get some local events and things.
-- BlackGary, 2014-08-12

### ***** "Thank you"
Been waiting on an update for 2 years. The app now fills iPhone 5, 5c, 5s screens fully. Much better experience!
-- Koolass, 2014-07-09

### *---- "Outdated"
No update for the iPhone 5 and no push notifications
-- sseverino29, 2013-04-17

### ****- "Put the link to email story back!"
I love this app but they recently updated it and removed the ability to email a story and I would like it back!
-- Theswanigans, 2012-08-03
