This useless app partner with vendors for them to send in fake and useless items and when you opt for return they will frustrate your life and still won’t approve your returns, This is a useless app avoid it.

I haven’t been able to open the app since this last update. It just goes black. Tried shutting down and closing the app severally still doesn’t work. I have had to login online to access my account…

Another online shopping platform similar to this app has the option to rate a product. Customers will have to wait on your mail to provide a link to rate a product that has just been delivered in most cases we do do get to receive the mail. It is best to make that feature available so a customer can login to the app and make their reviews at any time knowing that customer feedback is very key. Other than that everything else seems to be fine.

For several hours, I have struggled to verify my phone number, register my debit card, join the premium option, upload my photo, upload my drivers license and pay for a couple of items. Every single attempt I have made to use this service has failed. The only thing that has worked is saving my name and address. Jumia is so much better.

This app do not run when I click on it, it crashes.

I searched for sink and I got sound system, air conditioner, cockroach bait etc. Complete waste of time.

The app doesn’t allow me to view items not to talk of putting it in my cart for purchase. I had to delete and reinstall like four times. Please fix your app, it’s not even allowing me to make an account *smh*. Do something ASAP!! Thank you
