## Kopp's Frozen Custard Ordering Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst payment platform!!! I love Kopp’s!"
Worst payment platform!!
-- Milwaukee Betsy, 2025-05-29

### ***** "Gift card errors"
How the heck do you use a gift card with this app?
-- D. Majovski, 2025-01-25

### *---- "App is pointless"
What is the point of ordering on the app and they give you a time that your food will be “ready” just for you to have to check in and wait for them to make your food when you arrive??? Mak it make sense?!?
-- Krayz_Azan, 2024-12-06

### ***** "Worked great"
I have used this multiple times and it always works perfectly for me. No more waiting for food! Not sure why there’s negative reviews, but I never have any issues
-- Ihatecnn, 2024-11-12

### *---- "$60 worth of food"
$60 worth of food and my order was missing items and all of the burgers were made incorrectly. I placed my order online and when I arrived my order was not ready. I usually have good food and service at this location I don’t know what is going on today.
-- reynbow81, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Such a disappointment"
So not only did I have to install a second app to place an order, but it totally crashes and empties my basket if I navigate to another app. Which means I can’t leave to check the text someone sent me with their order without losing everything else already added to the order. We love Kopp’s, but this is just awful.
-- RDJ000, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Why would you create a second app just for ordering?"
So now people need to install two separate apps to order from Kopp’s online? And both apps require a separate login?

This is ridiculous.
